The emerald pendant came Fed-Ex within two days after ordering.So, delivery was much quicker than I'd expected.Good job.The emerald looked great and the setting and diamonds were very nice.However, one of the prongs holding the emerald was loose and caused the stone to move slightly.This was quickly adjusted and the setting has been fine since.The chain that came with the pendant was a very fine gold chain that was nothing special.I'll be buying a nicer chain for the pendant later.Overall though, a nice stone and setting.

After shopping all over for a nice Pear Shaped Sapphire pendant for my sister, I was very exited to find out that my favorite jewelry online vendor offered the exact one I was looking for at a very good price. I got the pendant in two days and it exceeded all my expectations! The sapphires I have seen in the past on even more expensive pendants were smaller and always "black" with no color at all and full of inclusions. My sapphire is a really nice size. Has a deep blue color, with life, and is exceptionally clean! The diamonds are white and brilliant too. I keep on going back to this vendor for the quality and presentation. As mentioned above, the ring is gorgeous. Definitely scored points with the lady. Customer service was responsive; I actually spoke to a real person who answered my questions without having to wade through 4 hours of automated menus. Ring was received before it's scheduled arrival date, which is a first. Only beef is that the pictures are slightly misleading, is very small and delicate, the stone is pretty tiny. This ring is beautiful.I was nervous about buying jewelery online.
