I have heard of Star Sapphires and Rubies, but never seen one before. It is just amazing. I got this matching pendant and a ring after my hubby got me a pair of star ruby earrings I was very happy with. The color is perfect and you have this mysterious star dancing on the top as light hits the stone. You can play with it all day, watching this star made out of light magically move around. The 14k gold pendant is solid substantial and very well made. The diamond is white, clean and very brilliant. The girls at the office keep on asking to play with it and are still amazed by the dancing star. The 14k gold chain is well made but a bit light. Hey it was free with the pendant, and at this price I was very surprised I did get one included in my order. Free shipping was surprisingly fast and packaging elegant and ready for gift giving.
