I was impressed with both the speed of shipping and quality of this item. The diamond is smaller than the jewels I'm used to wearing but it love it because it clearly sparkles so much brighter than anything else I've worn. The only reason I didn't rate this item 5 stars is because of how tightly the screw is bent. I've changed my own nose screws for the last 5 years but this one (like the other reviewer) I had to take to a piercer to put in for me. Having to do that was a little annoying but now that it's in I'm very happy with it. So don't shy away from this item but do plan on having someone else put it in for you.Product Description
